Purpose: Basis Registration reached out to Incountr for help leading a business-wide Digital Transformation Project moving their current core bespoke system to the cloud. The project aimed to rebuild the system with increased functionality and capabilities whilst achieving a unified operating model by integrating all other systems across the business.
How: Our Principal consultant William Davis supported Basis using a Product management approach. He collaborated with the entire business;
- understanding the complexities of Basis business model,
- gathering detailed requirements for all business areas,
- identifying the multiple pain points for both internal users(employees) and customers
- Proposing the best solutions for said pain points which include process simplification and improvements and system automation where necessary
- Supporting the prioritisation of all requirements
- Collaborating with third-party development company of Basis own choosing to deliver the bespoke cloud solution called Basis Workspace in an agile and iterative delivery.
Value: New workspace provided Basis employees with an efficient and streamlined system that encompasses all business areas and integrates with all supporting systems such as Xero for finance and CRM system for the membership team. It also provided Basis customers and members with a portal view providing a fantastic user experience whilst making information and interaction with Basis easily accessible.
