This housing association is one of the UK’s leading providers of Retirement Living and Extra Care for older people of modest means. They operate in over 200 local authority areas across England, managing over 20,000 properties.
Their core purpose and commitment is to provide high-quality housing with support or care for older people of modest means, enabling them to live well with dignity and autonomy.
Purpose: The association embarked on a digital transformation strategy that aimed to make the organisation more effective, productive, and easier to engage with so residents and employees are better connected, informed, and can fulfil their potential. Incountr was involved in delivering the strategy, which focused on the People functions and their technology, namely Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Acquisitions, Learning and Organisation Development.
How: Incountr supported and facilitated various continuous improvements in an iterative product management approach. Partnering with the business to;
- Understand the complexities of the business and the People functions
- Understood the Technologies used by the function and built a partnering relationship with the 3rd party vendors.
- Established a working Backlog list of all potential improvements through requirements-gathering activities across the business and prioritised them
- Worked with internal and sourced external development resources to deliver improvements
